Gregory is a graduate of the University of British Columbia with his undergraduate degree in Kinesiology (health sciences) and his masters degree in Physiotherapy. Gregory is an evidence-based healthcare practitioner that emphasizes self-efficacy and patient-centred treatment approaches. He firmly believes that the patient must understand and be involved in the rehabilitation process in an active way to have long term success and results. Being a primary care practitioner, Gregory uses clinical reasoning and diagnostic tests to provide patients with a physiotherapy diagnosis and a bespoke treatment plan. Additionally, his experience in intramuscular stimulation / dry needling (IMS), manual therapy skills and concussion management knowledge allows patients to recover quickly and return to their best. Treatment focuses on motor control exercises, increasing mobility, strength development, self management techniques and performance training. Gregory comes from a sports and athletic background of high performance soccer and rugby so he has a special interest in sports rehab as well as knee injuries.
