PABC's TV spot

Take a look at our 2011 TV spot, which features our members as actors. You just might recognize one of these active British Columbians as your own physiotherapist.

The TV spot, created by Bare Advertising & Communications of Vancouver, shows how physiotherapists help patients pursue an active lifestyle. The spot uses a cast of Physiotherapy Association of BC members dressed to take part in activities they enjoy and that British Columbians do every day, like: cycling, skiing, golfing, walking, surfing and diving.

The spot is targeted at “Dr Mom”, the primary decision-maker for family health matters, and demonstrates the range of mobility issues that can be addressed by the expertise of BC physiotherapists. A surprise guest appearance by a well-known British Columbian snowboarder and Olympic gold medalist adds some star quality to a spot already rich in visual imagery.

The message is that no matter what sport or activity you enjoy, if you suffer from pain or develop an injury associated with that sport or activity, a BC physiotherapist can get you back moving and doing what you love to do in life.
