The Board

PABC is governed by the PABC Board of Directors (Board). The Board is comprised of 13 members: 9 elected from the membership, 2 elected by the students at UBC, one external director appointed by the Board of PABC, and the CEO of PABC. The Board manages the affairs of the association. Board members are volunteers who give generously of their time and talents to further the mission of the association.
